Staff were extremely friendly and sensitive. Facilities were clean, airy and bright contributing to a positive atmosphere. At every stage I was made aware of what to expect and never felt judged or alone. Thank you guys for everything. Thank you [name removed] for holding my hand and being a socially distanced shoulder to cry on!!!

I came in very scared and nervous. The staff made me feel so much better, [name removed] was attentive, supportive and sweet, so was nurse [name removed]. Dr Ihab was quite supportive and he made me feel so much better, my experience was amazing.
